Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on maintenance, upgrades, interoperability, and complex issue resolution.
Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate storage and backup provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and routine operations.
Deliver storage and backup projects for the organization and its partner entities, including technical assessments, business cases, project proposals, and operational handover.
Maintain technical designs, configuration records, runbooks, and recovery procedures; share knowledge and promote best practices within the team.
Participate in standby/on-call duties, planned maintenance, and other service-coverage arrangements when required.
