Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 6, 2026
We want FortHire to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA across forthire.com.
How we check
- Automated audits with Lighthouse and axe-core on the home page, search results, a job page and the Pro page, at mobile and desktop widths.
- Keyboard checks of the menu, search filters, forms and the checkout window when pages change.
- A check after every major design change, before it goes live.
Known issues
- Job descriptions are copied from employers' own postings. We clean up their formatting, but a description may still have unclear headings or missing image descriptions that we can't fully control.
Tell us about a problem
If something on FortHire is hard to use, email support@forthire.com and tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within one business day and work with you on a fix or another way to get the information.
Compatibility
FortHire is built with standard HTML, works in current versions of the major browsers, and doesn't require any plugin. Search and job pages work without signing in. Pro settings are kept in your browser's local storage.
