- Hands on CURRENT 2 to 5 years of experience working in the Helpdesk, supporting large organizations (supporting 3,000 to 4,000 users) as a Level 1 with some level II experience with an associate degree or equivalent.
- Steady Job History- (minimum 15 months experience with 1 employer)
Technical Skills
- Adding new users/computers
- Passwords
- Deleting users from AD
- New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience.
- Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point
- Should know how to assign the license and recapture licenses
- Setting up new printers/peripherals
- Installation/set up
- Trouble shoot any issue.
- Setting up/troubleshoot Hardware
- Experience with installing Software
- Setting up
- Resetting Password
- VPN/Wi-Fi
- Setting up VPN/ Wi-Fi
- Trouble shoot VPN/Wi-Fi issues
- Open/modify/close Service requests.
